They were exceptional with my Bankruptcy case. Foreclosure defense is handled by a so called "specialist". All he did was fax the forms with the attorney's signature and I did everything else. He was not very helpful and did not do a great job with my modification. Yes, I was approved and the bank added over $73,000 to my mortgage and now I owe almost double of what my house is worth. I was told to pretty much accept whatever was given to me. Not much of a fight.

BEWARE OF THIS SO CALLED ATTORNEY!! THIS GUY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DO A SINGLE THING! On your initial visit Mr Poe will take his time and explain everything in detail however as soon as you sign the retainer and give him a check he will not answer your calls, texts,or emails. Once you finally get thru to him he will lie and give you the run around. He told me he had been communicating with them SBA to settle my case so I called the SBA and spoke to a supervisor which told me he had not spoken them a single time! I should have researched him more as he has done this to several clients! IT HAS BEEN MONTHS AND HE HAS DONE NOTHING!! My hope is that I can save someone else from losing their money!Mr Poe I ran my buisness for 36 years on integrity and honesty something you do not have! MR POE YOU ARE A DISGRACE AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!
