Isadora Sadler focuses her practice in the areas of casualty, trucking and commercial litigation. She defends clients in both state and federal courts in matters involving catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death, with a focus on premises liability, negligence, and negligent security.
Her practice also includes automotive/trucking litigation, aviation, insurance coverage and bad faith. Isadora has experience defending companies against a broad range of tort claims, including mass tort actions and other high-exposure matters. She also assists with pre-suit investigations, risk management and mitigation, motor vehicle negligence claims, and rapid response investigations involving trucking accidents.
Before joining RumbergerKirk, Isadora practiced at a nationally recognized law firm where she represented multinational corporations and insurance carriers in matters involving trucking litigation, automobile negligence, negligent security, sexual assault, and retail liability.
During law school, Isadora served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Tim Bailey of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
