Giselle Alvarez is an Associate in the firm's Miami office and primarily focuses her practice on general civil litigation, premises liability, and personal injury defense.
Ms. Alvarez received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from Florida International University and received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law. During law school, Ms. Alvarez was involved in various organizations, including Fashion Law Society, Business Law Society, Maritime Law Society, and the Federal Bar Association with a focus in intellectual property. Ms. Alvarez served as the vice president of the Fashion Law Society where she organized numerous events with practicing business and intellectual property attorneys in the fashion industry. While a student, Ms. Alvarez completed more than 100 pro bono hours of service to her community. Ms. Alvarez was also on the Dean's List throughout her law school career and was a Merit Scholarship recipient. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Alvarez gained experience working at a boutique law firm handling matters in family law, criminal law, and personal injury. During her final year of law school, Ms. Alvarez was a law clerk at Cole, Scott & Kissane.
