About Aaron M. White, Esq.

Partner Aaron White joined Walton Lantaff in 2022, bringing with him a reputation as a litigation powerhouse shaped by years of trial and leadership experience. With a foundation in medical malpractice, construction defense, and bodily injury and property liability litigation, his practice today centers on first-party property insurance coverage and third-party liability matters. He further handles a volume of construction defense claims and is widely recognized for his courtroom presence and prowess.

Mr. White’s professional journey is deeply tied to the University of Miami, where nearly 25 years of academic and professional development laid the foundation for his present legal career. He first earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology in 1992, and spent the next decade working in various medical research, information technology and university advancement roles. He later obtained his MBA through an employee scholarship program in 2000 before completing his Juris Doctor in 2007. While in law school, he served as President of Phi Delta Phi, contributed to the International Law Review and discovered his specific affinity for advocacy that challenges convention.

At his core, Mr. White is driven, composed and unflinching in his pursuit of clients’ desired outcomes. He embraces the adversarial process, revels in delivering effective and memorable advocacy in court and is particularly energized by defending unpopular clients and positions. Mr. White approaches litigation as both a strategy and craft, blending tireless preparation with creative legal thinking to earn his reputation as a top-tier trial lawyer who effortlessly elevates every (court)room he enters. Despite his success, Mr. White is known both personally and professionally for his humility, approachable persona and generosity of knowledge. Tapping into his academic and professional development background, Mr. White stands as a natural, trusted mentor who takes pride in translating decades of knowledge into practical guidance with clarity and intention. Outside the office, he is a devoted husband to his wife, Karen, and a proud father to Fiona, Noraa, and William.

As your attorney, Mr. White delivers hard-earned outcomes with candor and composure. He sets realistic expectations through straightforward communication and provides steady, level-headed guidance throughout the entire litigation process. His cool confidence, disciplined mind and proven trial record afford clients peace of mind as they navigate legal disputes together.
