This lawyer is unethical and most of his other reviews in different platforms are done by himself. He will try to remove negative reviews to clean up his bad image. He also just wants to make the client take a plea to move on to the next case and collect his fee. Avoid problems.
Mr. Fleites clearly shows signs of primarily dealing with and favoring his friends and relatives and those he considers his allies without regard to their merit, abilities, or competence when performing their job related duties. After reviewing the evidence and analyzing the state's discovery it was clear that his advice of "I can see weakness in our defense just take a plea deal even though you'll have a felony on your record but you can avoid jail time" was the clear example of just wanting to be friendly with the prosecutor and finish his side of the job quick and easy. He takes more cases than he can handle and that affects his ability to prevent innocent people from going to jail. These severe FELONY charges should have not even been filed in the first place but ruined someone's record for life. "Pursuing Justice" Everything is bigger in Texas right?
Mr. Fleites let's his own clients continue on with their criminal activities even when it's his knowledge by pretending he is unaware. He was hired as a cover up to allow his associates to further expand upon trying to intimidate and scare law abiding citizens. He is being used for his experience and credentials so that others feel they have no defense against a Goliath. Wouldn't recommend.
