Working with this lawyer could not have gone more smoothly. After being rear ended by an individual driving a rental car, my accident was being handled by the most unhelpful insurance representative I have had the misfortune of speaking with. After reaching out to the insurance company on three different occasions with no response whatsoever, I decided to speak to an attorney and see what options I had. Mr. Zawtocki and his paralegal (I cannot recall her name, but she was delightful) immediately took my case. After a few months and even fewer phone calls they won my case and I was pleasantly surprised by the check they had for me in the end.

Marie took the time to explain the legal terms and process to me in order to ensure that I was comfortable while working with her. Marie was always fully prepared and made me feel as if my case was the most important issue she dealt with each day.
