About Mr. Keith J. Evans

Keith is a former prosecutor who has tried numerous felony cases. Keith prosecuted everything from juvenile cases, adult misdemeanors cases (DUIs; theft cases; assaults) up to felony matters, including an attempted first degree murder case. Keith has been exclusively involved in family law cases since leaving government work. In that capacity Keith now handles divorce matters, child custody issues; spousal maintenance; modifications and complex business divisions. When Keith is not practicing law he serves in the United States Navy Reserve and is an Iraq War Veteran (2006-2007) and member of the VFW.

Hired Attorney

I have recently hired Mr Evans again in 2023 Family court and once again he did an outstanding job! I have no words for how greatful my family is to him. He is without a doubt one of the best attorneys in the entire state! I recommend Keith Evans 100% and I don't have 1 single negative about this wonderful person who has kept my family together and represented us like a champion! Thank you Again for everything you have done for us.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Evans won our custody battle! We had been through several bad expensive attorneys for years until Keith came along and made our family whole again! We can't thank him enough for what he has done for our family! My little girl is excelling at life now and none of it would have been possible without him! I highly recommend him.
