Jason Castle is in my opinion an absolutely phenomenal family law attorney. I had considered other attorneys before I hired him. I am extremely grateful that I did. He facilitated a quick and easy divorce by consent decree. From beginning to end my entire divorce took no more than six months in total. There were multiple issues that need to be resolved in my divorce so I was actually quite surprised by how quickly matters were resolved without necessitating a divorce trial. Jason helped me stay focused and on track with respect to the litigation. This meant that I was not wasting my money on unnecessary fees and disbursements. Essentially, it meant more money in my pocket at the end of the day. Working with Jason has been a pleasant experience. My divorce case has been very difficult and involves a special needs child. I’ve had full custody of my son for most of his life and his mom has had custody taken away on this being the 3rd separate occasion. So this was the 3rd time I took her back to court to have her custody taken away cause she was back on drugs and Jason got me the absolute worst outcome compared to the last two times and he charged us 3 times what he originally quoted!! The first two times she lost him she lost visitation altogether, had to prove she was clean and had to jump through a bunch of hoops for at least a year to see him again and now the 3rd time around she failed her original hair follicle test and about 15 of the randoms she had to take up until our final court date only passing 2-3 tests over the course of about 6 months!! So she was clearly still on drugs when the judge made her ruling and she ruled that she gets to pick my son up on Wednesdays and Saturdays obviously still on drugs!! How does any competent attorney let this happen?!?
