DO NOT hire Alison C Briggs!! This lawyer does not talk to you and or any family members, she has her two other associates call or email you. LOST my case for custody and never called after court to ask if we wanted to go with trial. Nothing was brought up about being scared for child’s safety neverless took two months to even get a a loosing court date. Asked for temporary orders, that never happened. So now have to hire a trial lawyer as still in fear for the child on the 5-2 plan with parents. Very DISAPPOINTING! DO NOT HIRE HER! Or any member from My AZ Lawyers.
DO NOT HIRE ALISON BRIGGS AS YOUR ATTORNEY. Not only is she rude, but they will ignore your communication and emails simply to run up your costs. The customer service is poor. Shes emotionally immature and extremely temperamental. Yoll pay an arm and a leg for horrible service and she may not even shoe up for trial on time...if she arrives at all. STAY AWAY
