Attorney Hudson Tinder is not only extremely professional, she is also compassionate and sensitive to each individual's situation. My wife and I have been going through an excruciating custody and child support battle with my ex-wife and Attorney Hudson Tinder had worked diligently and professionally to help my wife and I gain primary custody of my children. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field of family law as well as other areas of law. I encourage anyone that is looking for an attorney that will do what's best for her client, especially if children are involved, to hire Attorney Hudson Tinder.

I have tremendous respect and appreciation for Terri. Throughout our legal battle, she was a true professional, a courageous fighter and completely empathetic towards the situation my family was thrust into. In short, I faced a foreclosure and tremendous debt at the hands of my ex-wife. Not only did Terri successfully take on the mortgage company, she also fought tirelessly to rectify the wrongdoings and damages done by my ex. Terri never backed down and fought hard for me. Truly wonderful!

I chose Attorney Tinder to represent me in a divorce and on-going custody case because she is experienced and trained in handling cases of domestic violence. She is thorough in her research and preparation for court. She cares deeply about the safety and well-being of women and children. You will not find a better attorney in NW Indiana for protecting the well-being of survivors of abuse.

Working with his lawyer, was an absolute nightmare. Please do your homework more diligently to seek out a more compassionate, genuine loyal person in your case. Her patients showed very impatient at all times the best part of this case is, I’m no longer being represented by her. Good luck!!

I am sorry that this client was unhappy with my representation. I offered legal advice based on my knowledge and experience in family law. This client refused to follow my advice and preferred to work with an attorney who offered a differing opinion.
