Roseann was great to have on my case. I got really hurt in a car wreck that required surgery. She really cared about my pain and my anxiety and worked to get me a really good amount of money. I referred my friend to her for a divorce because she does divorces too.
I hired her to help with enforcing two court ordered judgements and the past due arrearage of child support from the non custodial parent. Well she cancelled a court hearing I scheduled before I hired her without notifying me. I showed up to court only to find out that she decided to cancel the hearing that I had waited months to get two weeks prior to the the hearing. When I called to find out what happened she told me it was a scheduling conflict. In essence she prioritized something else at the last minute and failed to notify or discuss the cancellation with me. I paid a $2500 retainer in advance, she charges $250 an hour. She was non responsive for the first 2 1/2 months. Not returning calls rarely returning emails. Things began to escalate with my ex spouse and she actually started to communicate via text and email and a call here and there. What I didn’t realize is she used this opportunity to excessively charge my retainer. Warning do not use her! Your hard earned money!!!!
