Poor communication from both Napierala and his assistant, Jola Beras. Napierala sent signed motion to court 10 days after I signed it. Errors on financial disclosure, I had to go back four times, a ploy to charge more money. Napierala emailed me another client's personal information. He inflated his bill. Got very little legal advise from him. Most of time was spent with Jola but was charged his rate. He does not have a fax machine and his assistant works part time with no set days or hours.
