He was very easy to talk to and his assistant was so great to work with us. Having to file was the hardest thing we have ever done. Robert and his assistant eased our fears, let me cry and were very understanding and kind. They walked us step by step through the process and never made us feel bad about ourselves for having to file.

I used Mr. Delchin's services in 2009 . He was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very down to earth. It can be a very difficult time to have to file bankruptcy and Mr Delchin can put you at ease and very understanding.

Spoke mostly with his assistant who was very understanding and easy to speak with. She seemed to do most of the work. He was easy to talk to the 3 times we met with him.
