Hired Attorney R. Kubyn

I’m not sure who to begin to thank first in this office, Russell or his secretary Marianne. The staff in his office goes above and beyond to help you and advise you on the best course of legal action to take. Russ has so much experience and knowledge I personally feel like it is unmatched in the field. Marianne (his paralegal), is an awesome go to person who keeps communication open and REALLY helps ease the stress you have while going through a hard time. I cannot thank this office enough for all they have done and helped me with. I highly recommend this team. If you are going through divorce or child custody issues then I suggest getting ahold of Russ and his team and letting them help you.

Very caring and understanding. Makes you feel a relief of stress when going through something as terrible as a custody case. Highly recommend Mr Kubyn, he knows what he's doing and he does it very well.

I have retained Attorney Kubyn multiple times and he has always fought for me in court. He is very knowledgeable of the court system and laws. I was referred to him by a family friend and he really is the best! I would refer him to anyone that wants to be on a winning team because he is ALL about going the extra mile for his clients. He is down to earth and will tell you the reality of things. He is very responsive and was able to pick up my case on short notice. His paralegal is wonderful! They really care about the work they do and it truly shows in the results.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
