Terrible experience , never got the feeling she actually cared for the case or my family. Almost impossible to in touch with Mrs. Childress. Can take weeks to get an answer to a simple question(always get the "we'll call you back" treatment, but never get called back). Mrs. Childress was late to almost every court/mediation date we had to attend by 1+ hours. Her paralegal which you have to talk to most of the time, does nothing but lie and tell you what you want to hear.
