Hired Law Firm

Working with Dinkelspiel Rasmussen & Mink has been HORRIBLE! The staff is very unprofessional especially Brandon F. McNary, Brandon was extremely rude and told me that he is the owner of the company and doesn’t report to anyone nor is there anyone above him on the ladder which I knew was a complete LIE. None of the staff members are ever on the same page as far as getting business handled, Shelia Holiday is extremely rude and a horrible reflection for the company overall due to her attitude and lack of knowledge. Anthony Carrier is a complete joke of a “paralegal” he’s unprofessional and doesn’t even return a call after leaving voicemails on four different occasions. Do not work with this company if it can be prevented in any way possible, someone really needs to look into this firm because the entire staff is incompetent and rude! Brandon McNary is a liar and racist, the entire staff needs to be replaced.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
