Humphreys School of Law in 2007. While in law school, he was a member of the University of Memphis Law Review. After graduation, he served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Diane K. Vescovo, Retired Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.

Mr. Webb was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2007. He is admitted to practice law in all courts of the state of Tennessee, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Mr. Webb is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee, Court of Federal Claims, and American Bar Associations. He was selected as "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers each year from 2017-2022.

A native of Memphis, Mr. Webb and his wife Allison have two children, Davis (his son) and Brittan (his daughter). He enjoys golf and swimming, and is an avid sports fan.
