From a young age, Ben Daniel knew he would one day take up the reins of Daniel Law Firm. As a boy, he listened to his father talk about the courtroom with awe and fascination. When he finally earned his law degree in 1993, he immediately joined his father at the firm — where he was “thrown into the fire” of trial law.
Since then, Ben has learned the craft and science of handling a case, from guiding it through investigation to trial to verdict. His early education prepared him for a career as a successful lawyer for people rather than companies. Ben’s compassion and empathy have allowed him to serve the people of Tennessee for 30 years, winning million-dollar and multi-million-dollar verdicts on their behalf.

Personal Life
Ben continues to be honored to continue his late father Lundy’s work alongside his wife, Elizabeth. He and Elizabeth are both active in the community as churchgoers and charity donors. In his spare time, Ben enjoys hunting, following college sports, and golfing. He has been a lifelong resident of Memphis, TN. Together, he and Elizabeth have three children: one out of college, one in law school, and one in college.
