Mr. Becker and all of those at his firm were fantastic in responding to my calls and emails. Any questions I had were answered in a timely fashion and I was always kept up to date with everything that was going on. I would not hesitate recommending his firm to anyone.

This law firm is great for the types of clients who want to experience one on one treatment from their attorney. If you are looking for someone to become personally involved in your situation and “to walk a mile in your shoes,” then the Becker Law Firm is the place to go. As a client of the firm, I found the rates to be reasonable and comparable with the rates of big named Firms for the type of litigation that I needed done. I have had an excellent experience with this firm.

I am very disappointed in the professionalism of this group. Use at your own risk. Keep track of your payments and charges.

Very pleasant and nice personality but would not spend any time on the case. Missed deadlines and not aggressive with the employers. I had to tell him what to do and how he can negotiate. In the appointments before signing the contract, I never had to wait and the first appointment after employing him, made me wait 1.5 hours before seeing me. Very bad

Did not like services! Does not reply back as expected and did not meet expectations! Had different staff members working on case with little knowledge and was charged multiple times for redoing the same process.

In February 2025, I retained Becker Law Firm for a family matter and paid a $4,500 retainer via Affirm, a personal loan service. The next day, I canceled services as the legal issue was resolved. Mr. Becker confirmed in writing that work would cease and a refund would be issued minus minimal fees. Despite this, no refund was provided. Instead, I received a bill for $535.25, which included a $222.75 “transaction fee” that was never disclosed or agreed upon. I have filed complaints with the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Attorney General’s Office. This experience has been distressing, and I want to warn others to exercise caution when dealing with this firm.

I reached out to the Becker Law firm back in June and, as per the email response, paid a $100 consultation fee and scheduled a meeting in July. After the meeting, I agreed to hire them for a simple family mediation case for $1200. I told Misty Becker that I would have to pay in installments, as I school was starting back up and I'd need to be able to take care of my middle schooler's supplies and clothes. She informed me that as long as the payments were made within 30 days, I'd be fine. I made sure that I made the deadline and waited for a response. When August rolled around, I was concerned, and reached out to see what progress was made. Ms. Becker seemed to consistently have issues with her email and, after the 2nd month, I was told that I never finished my final payment. After multiple attempts to send her information proving I'd paid, she stopped contact after 2 months. I ended up getting a refund and will never contact them for services again! Poor professionalism all around!

Would not recommend under no circumstances. Not responsive and had to tell them the same information multiple times in which they charged each time. Very bad customer service but they will send you a bill on time every month. We hired them but it felt as if they were working for our opponent. Please do your research and find someone else!

Took my money, took my case, then nothing. A couple of emails and then communication stopped. Called to check on my case and conveniently they couldn't find my file. Be warned!
