Reviews for Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed Professional Association

Leave a review about your experience with this firm.We were assigned an associate and then needed to be reassigned to Julia Frey because of her experience in the practice relating to wills and trusts. My wife and I were quite satisfied with Julia's handling of our legal instruments. We need to make some changes in one of the documents and we are awaiting her call-back because she has been in a meeting throughout the day.
Worked with Ed on a $30+ million real estate loan transaction involving mostly custom documentation as well as a $21 million and a $1 million municipal loan transactions. Ed has gained our confidence in his ability to think through a transaction and related intricacies and protect our organization's interests. Found Ed to be very communicative and proactive throughout the transactions.
I have unfortunately had to use several lawyers in the past five years due to a real estate issue of our neighbor illegally selling a quit claim deed of our parcel to fellow neighbors. Mr. Brenner was our fourth lawyer for this. He was by far the most professional, intelligent, and charismatic lawyer who handled the job and won our case for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking counsel for such matters.
Innovative approach to working with our needs. Created new documentation to streamline the work efforts. Thorough analysis of all aspects of the real estate under review.
Ahmad was great at first, so much so that I called him my friend. He represented me in a five year old premises liability case that he had for about a year. We would talk on the phone sometimes about the strategy and he seemed to have a good one. I was shocked to see him in action in trial. He wasn't prepared. He didn't hit the bullet points to drive home what the case was even about. Instead, it looked like a C rated movie with a terrible actor. This case was more than winnable. We had an argument a few days prior to the trial and I honestly feel that he still had anger from that and went to trial to lose it. Even the defense team was shocked because they knew that they should have been beaten. Now, I'm threatened with a huge judgement for losing the case, a new found disbelief that Dan Newlins office cares about it's clients and now am facing bankruptcy. I would not recommend Ahmad El-Gendi as an attorney. He may make a great paralegal however. Beware of you hire him.
