Our attorney holds an advanced law degree in Estate Planning. This makes our firm very unique and allows us to handle complex estate, trust, tax and business matters. The Masters of Law in Estate Planning (LL.M. degree) from the University of Miami School of Law is the only existing graduate program leading to a master's degree in estate planning in the country. The comprehensive coverage of estate planning topics offered by its curriculum is unavailable elsewhere. All attorneys must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, but very few have gone beyond and furthered their training by obtaining the advanced LL.M. Master of Laws in Estate Planning.
