When a cousin had tricked my great aunt into signing a power of attorney, Beth Stephanide stepped up to the plate and helped me obtain co-guardianship along with herself when nobody else would even help. Not only did she handle my great aunt's finances while she (my great aunt) was still alive, but is also helping to guide me through the executor process of her will (of which I wouldn't have even known where to start). Beth and her team couldn't have done a better job. I'm glad to have them in my corner knowing that things GET DONE! Even though my absent mindedness can sometimes get the best of me, they are always on top of things and haven't let a single thing fall through the cracks thus far. I'll be keeping her around for me and all of my families future legal issues! Beth is more than a solid choice, and one that you'll begin to appreciate. As for that other review- SHE WAS HAVING A BABY!
Beth Stefanide was my mother's lawyer. When my mother became seriously ill, Ms. Stefanide was supposed to get my uncle granted power of attorney so that the household bills could still be paid. However, she was unreachable because she was in the hospital having a baby and hadn't anybody to be backup counsel. There is no way in h**l that I would recommend her to anyone, for anything.
