He was my mother's lawyer and so I dealt with him concerning the settlement of her estate, etc.

Well I finally know why it's taking 2 years to settle a simple estate. Mr. Grantland's failure to properly execute the trust and place the properties in the trust at all. Nice that he can "retire" and just walk away from your responsibilities to your clients and leave it in the hands of the even more incompetent Gregory Abel. These people do not seem to be able to function since Candy, the secretary died.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
