Hired Law Firm

This man has held my family (children) together for almost a decade. He has given this Dad the ability to remain an important part in my children's life throughout it all. My children thank him for this... I negotiate daily, my career demands it. This is Charles' strongest talent. We never ask for the moon, only ask for what is right. I have appeared in court three times with Mr. Kochlacs and on all three occasions (divorce, custody and child support) I have walked away with what I needed!

Hired Attorney Hon. Charles Kochlacs

Mr. Kochlacs mistook questions for hostility, so, as usual, communication is key. This led me to think my questions hit a sore spot. Never did get answers. He is a good attorney; all attorneys have their limitations.

Horrible person to ever hire thinking he will help you. he will throw the case illegally and take your money. I am not sure how he has not been reported to the bar, im sure with a PROPER investigation this man would be arrested.

Hired Law Firm

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Mr. Kochlacs. He seemed uninterested in any aspect of my divorce case other than cashing the many checks I paid him during the duration of his "representation." My ex was a repeat drug and DUI offender while I have zero criminal record, yet Mr. Kochlacs was very unwilling to advocate for me in the custody aspect of the proceedings. I was crushed. Do not use this attorney if you want someone who will listen to you and fight for you.
