She has no fighting spirit at all and will attempt to manipulate you into taking a plea deal that you do not want. I sent documents to Ms. Hammer and asked for cost and procedure. She came back with a price of $3K Max. I agreed and asked her to send me an email. The next day she changed the price to 5% of the profit. I questioned what profit she was talking about, she did not know (Because she had never done foreclosures), the following day, she decided the cost would be 5% of the sale price (Although the foreclosure process of a $100K property is the same as a $2M property, except for processing fees).
