Don't waste your time or money. I'd give them "0"s for ratings if it was an option. My wife and I ended up paying this firm three times the amount of our claim, and what did we get out of it... a couple letters that cost us over a grand and a bunch of invoices!! Not to mention excuse after excuse as to why phone calls that got us NO answers cost us hundreds of dollars. If your only option is this firm then just cut your losses.
