THOMAS W. GALLAGHER, born in Chicago, received his B. S. degree from Xavier University and his J.D. degree from the Chase School of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He is admitted to the bar in Ohio; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio; U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth District; the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Claims. He has served on the Toledo Bar Association's Federal Court, Appeals Court, Common Pleas Court Committees and Bench Bar Committee. Tom has served on numerous school, athletic and church boards and councils. Tom continues to follow his grandkids in their activities.
