I would never in a million years hire her or refer her to my friends as it is her way or no way at all. She does not listen to her client's and what they have to say. If you do not agree with what you has to say, she wants to withdraw as your attorney.

Megan is extremely rude and does not represent the victims. She leaked my personal information (social security number) on the to the defendant who was harassing me. When I called to voice my concerns her response was “well the defendant can’t do much with a social security number”…wow just wow. Now I have to place all three of my profiles on lock down.

I am deeply concerned about the conduct of Megan in handling sensitive information related to my case. She disclosed my personal information, including my Social Security number, in the discovery process, making it accessible to the defendant who has been harassing me. When I reached out to express my concerns, her response was dismissive, stating that “the defendant can’t do much with a Social Security number.” As a result of this disclosure, I now have to take extensive security measures, including placing all three of my credit profiles on lockdown. This situation has left me with ongoing concerns about potential identity theft at the hands of someone who has already caused me distress. Given these circumstances, I strongly believe that Megan’s actions demonstrate a lack of professionalism and concern for victim safety. It is critical that individuals in her position handle sensitive information with the utmost care to protect those they serve.
