Mark Robert Karpus

I had a real estate easement dispute that no one else seemed to have the answer for. I scheduled a consultation with Mr. Karpus. He was able to schedule me in quickly, answered my question quickly, and refused to accept any payment since it was just a few minutes of time. Based on his information, I was able to resolve the dispute without any litigation.

Mr. Karpus is a wonderful individual who takes the time to understand the entire situation and is completely on your side. He will do his best to make sure that you get a judgement in your favor. I would highly recommend Mr. Karpus to anyone who needs legal services.

First off, Mark is a good guy and very knowledgeable. When it comes to his service he does know what he is talking about. My issue came on the back end of things for receiving a refund. I would recommend him based on knowledge, but he needs to work on email updates I was going to use Mr Karpus, so we spoke and I paid my retainer fee. Things changed and I informed him mid August 2021 about the change. He said he would work my fees and close my account by the end of August 2021, then he will mail me what was left out of the retainer fee. I emailed Sep 17th, 2020 to get an update, no response. Tried again Sep 29th, no answer. Then my wife called and he answered and said he has some family issues that his wife will process it and get it complete. I understand family first, so I waited. I emailed again Oct 19th (almost 3 weeks after the call), no response. Then I called Oct 23rd and 25th, no answer. My last straw was today we tried calling with no answer.

Tells you everything you want to hear to get you to hire him and then things never get done. He does not respond in a timely manner and in fact sometimes does not respond at all for weeks and even months if he does respond. you can send repeated emails or calls and he still wont communicate!! Poor at communication and very slow at getting your case handled. Nice guy but does not follow through on anything!
