Hired Attorney

Mr. Roytek is an exemplary attorney. He represented my Effingham, IL diagnostic imaging facility in numerous collection cases and his recovery rate approximated 95 percent. While he was resolute and knew his raison d'etre, he was concurrently compassionate and caring. I recall the time he won a default judgment against a very corpulent defendant who was unable, on the day of pro se trial, emancipate herself rom a very cavernous bathtub in which she was repairing prior to her hearing. Jim exhibited immense restraint, sympathy and even empathy in light of the circumstances at hand. We eventually received payment in full and the defendant became a driver for our corporation. Mr. Roytek made this happen with the aplomb of a true legal scholar and for that I remain eternally grateful.
