Michael Burke was very kind at intake alleviating any apprehension I had about filing an automobile accident claim. I had never done anything like this before. My accountant, Howard Mann, highly recommended him.
Michael Burke's secretary, Sandy, was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns as well as walking me through the process. Whenever she couldn't give me a definitive answer she relayed it to Mr. Burke and he immediately called me back and answered them to my satisfaction.
