Hired Attorney John W. Tumelty

We were the victims of a crime. My fiance was attacked by 5 males and beaten. When the police showed up (we waited for them) the attackers were gone. The police never asked my fiance if he needed any medical treatment and then proceeded to arrest him for a disorderly charge. We fought it and won. Mr. Tumelty was great and presented our case exactly as it occurred We are now looking for a civil attorney to file a law suit against our local Police and the establishment where this occurred
