I had seen two hosing deals fall through on paperwork and decided to go with Sherrill on the third. This was the most challenging of the three as it was a complex Rehab loan with a pre-purchase construction agreement on top of bank mandated work. Sherrill walked me through the particulars on a mass of construction contracts, HUD and 203 Bank loan forms.
She discovered/dealt with at least 2 critical issues in the seller's paperwork and pushed it through to the end. Exceptional results.
