Mr Higgins would make a great advocate, he is responsive, he has some knowledge, listens, and will give candy when he has just watched you cry. He has a calming demeanor to feel safe when facing abuser in court and has a good sense of humor. He has some knowledge, however if you work in the legal system, you will unfortunately see where he lacks. His great personality overshadows his lack in knowledge and how to represent in cases. He actually requests clients to ask for subpoena if trying to have witnesses, should be his job. Does not follow through too well. But will get you in the court room not feeling alone. Following case, brought to a few attorneys I know personally and each pointed out immediately everything done wrong and with lack of care and understanding and what needs to be done to undo what he did, which was put the case in a worse spot. Unfortunately two no longer practice in MA and another never has.
Craig seems to busy to do his job. I would never recommend using him for a divorce. Over priced and under performing.
