Heather Logan is a Partner with Abbott, Abbott, & Logan, P.C. Her primary areas of practice are domestic relations and civil litigation. She aggressively represents her clients and provides compassionate advice and strategic methods of approach in all matters of divorce, custody and visitation, child support, domestic violence, adoptions, as well as legal issues for same-sex couples, among other areas.

Mrs. Logan received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, cum laude, before earning her Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law with an Advanced Legal Writing Certificate. She was thereafter admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.

Hired Attorney

Heather was a tremendous help with my child custody case. She had alot of insight and helpful ideas to go about winning my case. She was very pleasant to work with and i'll recommend her services to anyone needing help with Family law of any kind. She's Fantastic!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
