I spent over a year trying to get my substantial Security Deposit back from the landlord of my rental home. When the Real Estate Agent who helped me buy my new home found out this had happened, she recommended I contact Mr. Dalziel to help me. Mr. Dalziel called me back on a Sunday, sent a demand letter to the landlord, filed my suit, convinced the landlord's Attorney to enter into Mediation. Mr. Dalziel argued forcefully and effectively on my behalf, and I got almost all of the deposit (less $200) back, which the landlord was required to give to me immediately, in cash, in the room at the end of Mediation. Mr. Dalziel was a huge support and very generous with his explanations, time, and scheduling.

I called Chuck just days before my scheduled mediation meeting. He was willing to do a phone consult on a Sunday night so he could dive in quickly. He had very little time to prepare and was a great asset during the meeting to get the matter resolved. He brought up a little-known law in the middle of the mediation that ended up convincing my opponent to settle. Afterward, Chuck provided excellent follow up to ensure that resolution was complete and properly documented. The best part is that Chuck did all this great work for a reasonable price!
