Ron Webster and his staff were consistently helpful in the sale of our Marco Island property. What should have been a routine transaction turned complicated when the buyer’s agent informed us on the day of closing that financing had not been obtained. Ron negotiated a second closing date. Then he heard nothing from buyer's agent until mid-day on the second closing day that it was necessary for us to sign additional paperwork. We submitted the paperwork, but it was too late to complete the wire transfer that day. The next morning the buyer’s agent claimed their internet went down and they could not wire the funds to our bank. Eventually the transfer came through late that next day, and the sale was completed. Throughout, Ron and his team kept communicating with us, and kept the pressure up on buyer’s unresponsive agent. We highly recommend Ron Webster.
