This attorney was terrible! Susan Mundahl refused to listen, dismissively working against her client’s best interests by giving everything possible to the opposition! Susan Mundahl deliberately withheld material documentation that could have changed my outcome in court. Susan read ahead to find her next question, paying little attention as witnesses responded to her questions, thus failing to probe witnesses for better clarification. Susan Mundahl fired her second chair just prior to trial. Either Amy Rotering failed to read her predecessor’s files, or she chose to ignore what attorney’s notes. Instead of focusing on client representation, Amy Rotering’s final trial submissions seemed written towards protecting against a future malpractice lawsuit. My extremely important trial summation documents were error filled with no time for correction, when ultimately submitted to the court at the very last minute, afa 3-1/2 day submission deadline extension!
