You do not want this attorney. According to what I found on the internet, he received a law degree in 1973, almost 50 years ago… so he’s about 75+ years old. Don’t let “with age comes experience” allow you to believe he’ll be a good attorney. That’s what I thought, I was wrong. Also with age, comes dementia. All this time as an attorney and the judge had to tell him that SSI income isn't included in the calculation of child support. My child lost hundreds of dollars in child support due to his incompetency. For almost 6 months as a repeat customer I asked for his help, showing him things, only for him to tell me "I'll get back with you." He never did. After almost 6 months of "I'll get back with you," I hired another attorney who was able to resolve the problem in 2 weeks. Oh, and he lost part of the case to my unrepresented wife. HE LOST PART OF THE CASE TO MY UNREPRESENTED WIFE. Even though he had evidence, he did not present the evidence to court or the defendant. He's a loser.
