Wages were garnished during period when we filed bankruptcy. The office has been 'trying' to recover garnished wages since June. We haven't heard anything except that one of her staff was in contact with the firm in question. No response received from her office unless we contact them first.

I have several misgivings regarding my experiences with this attorney. I was using her services for filing bankruptcy. This is rather a stressful matter personally, financially, and emotionally and I relied on her expertise to properly file the required documents within the appropriate time frame. This wasn't completed correctly and it increased the stress levels and added more financial burdens and additional issues with creditors.
