John C. Taylor has practiced law in Los Angeles for over 40 years. He is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and a past recipient of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyer of the Year award in two different years, one from the Los Angeles plaintiff trial lawyers' organization and the other from the respected legal publication "Verdictum Juris." He has obtained many precedent-setting jury verdicts in high-profile cases. More recently, he was inducted into the 2026 Lawdragon Hall of Fame, which is an honor bestowed on attorneys with impactful careers.
David M. Ring has practiced law in Los Angeles for over 30 years. He was recognized as being one of ten up and coming lawyers in California in 2002 by The Daily Journal. Mr. Ring has also been selected as one of the "Top 100" lawyers in Southern California for six out of the past seven years (2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, and 2013) by the respected Super Lawyers publication. He has been on the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) since 2005 and currently serves as the second vice president for CAALA's Executive Committee. Mr. Ring has obtained many multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in personal injury, sexual assault and child sexual abuse cases, including an $18.6 million jury verdict on behalf of an injured motorcycle rider and a $10.8 million jury verdict on behalf of a boy who was sexually abused by his teacher.
Both Mr. Taylor and Mr. Ring are listed in Woodward & White's "The Best Lawyers in America," and both were selected as two of the "Top 100 Lawyers" in Southern California by "Los Angeles" magazine's 2025 Super Lawyers edition.
