Hired Attorney Mr. Paul A. Rabalais

The Rabalais Law Firm explained how a revocable living trust can be set up in Louisiana, and why it is completely different that those in the other states. Louisiana is one screwed up law state that does not conform to any other state in the country. The trust and pour over wills are necessary here to keep the succession process as simple and inexpensive as possible and allowing piece of mind that the legal bills of succession and the time it takes to complete it are at a minimum.
