Joshua Dierker strives always to be the most prepared and knowledgeable advocate in the room. At the inception of every matter, Josh develops a plan of action with his client to obtain optimal results. Josh focuses on first-party property, insurance defense, insurance coverage disputes, construction litigation, and general liability defense. He also defends insurers in first-party property and hurricane claims in both state and federal court. Josh approaches all aspects of litigation with the goal of quickly and effectively achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.

Josh is a native of the Northshore and a lifelong resident of Louisiana. Outside of his law practice, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and their three children, Ellis, Emmitt, and Evelyn.
