Ferro Law & Mediation Group, PLLC is a law firm with an office in Manchester, NH. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing divorce mediation, family mediation, family law and 9 other areas of law.
I am not convinced that the process was transparent and meant to help settle the case. If anything from the beginning my attorney was giving hints as to the next steps if we don’t settle. There were many questions left unanswered such as what my ex and his attorney were using for basis of child support calculations which I did ask during mediation and got no explanation for. What I asked for was not even mentioned to my ex and his attorney and nor do I know what their original offer and demands were. It’s one thing to not settle because everything was transparent and we agreed not to give/get, and another thing to not know the reasons and the original proposals or alterations of or any sort of detail that explains each party’s stand. I was and still am in the dark. had I known this was how it was going to be handled I would absolutely not have been willing to participate. It was just another money maker “mediation” with no value to each side.
