Don't trust your loved ones with this firm. Their attorneys don't value Elder law or abide by it. Their attorney brought a revised DPOA to my Dad to sign at a locked memory impaired assisted living facility when he already had an activated DPOA on file. She met with him alone and he signed a new DPOA and then had no recollection of ever signing anything.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
