I hired Mr. Amann in what would turn out to be an adversarial proceeding regarding a discharged debt.
He never notified the debt collector that he represented me, resulting in continued debt collection calls (even months after the retainer was paid to Mr. Amann).
In less than a month he had exhausted the retainer still without notifying the debt collector that I was represented.
These failures caused me stress, and cost me money.
