Shameless self-promotion characterizes Mr. Breeden's practice, one that has been cited more than once by the Commonwealth. Facts speak louder than phony five star ratings. His court presentation of my case was to be re-filed by order of the judge. I don't know the technical reasons but he never complied so I lost money for this incompetence and lost money for his "services." Don't trust this man.
