Hired Attorney Melissa Willem

Melissa felt more like family than my lawyer. After years of battling with my children's father in and out of court, I never thought that I would feel as supported or as prioritized as Melissa Willem has made me feel. I have worked with many lawyers for a variety of different reasons during the last 20 years and had 3 family lawyers throughout my case before I met her. After all that, I can truly say I've never met a lawyer like Melissa and honestly didn't think lawyers cared about much more than getting their bills paid. I never felt this way with Melissa for even a moment. From the start, I felt like she was on my side and fought for me, was honest and up front, explained things in a way I could understand, and supported me through the hardest times, even at night and weekends. I was able to rebuild my life and focus on my children because of the perspective and advice she offered me the last 3/4 few years, and will be forever grateful for that. I highly recommend Melissa!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
