Hired Attorney Therese Hankel

I had been paying on my DUI fine for four years, and thought I was paid ahead in San Diego County. I suddenly received a collection notice that my fine was past due and they added $300 penalty! I only owed $500 of the $2,500 I had been paying on. She helped me write a letter, consulted with local attorneys in San Diego and helped me to get the fine back on track and the penalty waived. Totally awesome! Thank you!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
