Hired Attorney Mr. William Ponall

William Ponall Law amazingly lost a simple case. Ponall Law screwed it up, due to late filing and submitting the incorrect writ. Yes folks, Ponall filed an incorrect writ and late; so much for his Board Certified nonsense. The court denied the appeal without a reason. Just more proof that attorneys protect their own. The state requested a denial due to filing late and with the wrong writ and bingo, the appeal was denied. This author's belief is that Ponall Law just filed anything to fulfill his obligation to file an appeal. Once paid, he doesn't return calls or emails. Also and in closing, come to find out that Ponall is known as "No Call Ponall" for not returning clients phone calls once his retainer has been paid. Steer clear!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
